Contactless check-in - we’ve installed the perfect system for our guests upon check-in. Merging convenience with guest security and safety, on booking you will receive an access key directly to your smartphone! This way we are able to minimise contact with others and in-turn, improve guest safety.

But don’t have a smartphone? No problem. We will also provide you with door codes as a back-up. We also have an off-site concierge service available 24-7 at your fingertips.

• Download the Stow-Away App to your phone, available for iPhone or Android.

• You will get a text and email notification when your room is ready.

• You can use our automated text-message system by replying with one number answers to get your room number, access codes, wi-fi details and details about your stay.

• Enter your last name and room number on the App to activate your room key. You can then use the App for contactless access to the building and your room.
• If you don't want to use the App, you can just enter the pin codes into the keypads provided. You can access the codes through our automated text-message system.

• Access your room, relax and enjoy!

You can also find useful information on our App such as local food and drink as well as information about our resident kitchen and wine bar; Unwined.

When it’s time to check-out, let the concierge know via the App. We don't have a staffed reception area, but rest-assured, you can speak to the concierge at any time if you get stuck via our phone and intercom systems throughout the building.
