In 2019 we took part in the Serviced Apartment Awards, the only awards to exclusively recognise excellence across the serviced apartment, extended stay, aparthotel, and short term rental sectors. Then in its fourth year, it had received hundred of entries from around the world. These were reviewed by a panel of independent judges which included journalists, architects, designers, investors, consultants and travel buyers.

We were honoured to have won first place in two categories; "Best Property 1 - 20 Units" and "Best Architecture/External Design".

For the category of Best Property (1 - 20 Units), the Judges' commented;

"A great brand, an exciting concept and an innovative construction. Something genuinely different in the market place.”

For the category of Best Architecture/External Design, the Judges' commented;

"A well conceived design that utilises recycled shipping containers in an adventurous and innovative way. Although the external design reflects their previous, use the interiors give nothing away and are compact, practical and comfortable.”
